I hike alone into Druid Arch in southern Canyonlands National Park.

Whose idea was it to have the last half mile of the 9.4 mile round trip trail UP a steep talus slope?!

When I climb down again, I discovered the best pictures were found by continuing up the drainage another hundred feet — all on flat ground!
